Trauma-Informed Therapy

I offer online and in-person trauma-informed therapy for individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, persistent life patterns, somatic symptoms, and periods of crisis.

My work is grounded in somatic therapy and depth psychology, with careful attention to nervous system regulation and the body’s role in storing and expressing traumatic experience. I work to help you achieve both short-term relief and deeper structural change.

Therapy is the foundation of my work. The courses, books, and digital tools that I develop have emerged directly from years of applied clinical practice.

“I began working with Tomer about one week after being held hostage in a terrible terror attack. I can honestly say that he saved my life. He helped me cope with things I didn't know it was humanly possible to endure. Today I am free from PTSD symptoms, and I am moving on with my life.”

Structured Online Programs

My courses translate clinical experience into focused, practical programs.

Some address specific difficulties such as panic attacks, sleep disturbance, trauma response, and relational boundaries.

Others explore the deeper dimensions of embodied practice, including yoga nidra, meditation, and the integration of somatic and transpersonal approaches.

Each program is structured and self-contained, combining conceptual clarity with applied techniques.

About

I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Social Work, and I work in both public and private practice. I have taught yoga and meditation for over 20 years and practiced psychotherapy for more than 15.

My work sits at the meeting point of trauma therapy, somatic psychology, and classical yoga philosophy. Over time, clinical practice and sustained contemplative study have come together as one integrated approach.

I am committed to work that is clinically grounded, intellectually honest, and responsive both to the body and to the wisdom of traditional contemplative systems.
